Requirements
- ND License
- 2 Years Experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- Prefer experience with IABP, Impella, prismaflex, ventilators, arctic sun
- Must be willing open to PCU assignments/ratios
- Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, To MS Tele for PCU patients, and MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding
- Required to titrate drips
- # of Beds: 15
- Nurse:Patient Ratios ICU: 1:1:2, PCU 1:3
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients "varies- adults and geriatrics. CABG, carotids, VATs, anything cardiovascular, STEMIs, sepsis and pressors, Covid, pneumonia, general sugical-sepsis, traumas, ventrics, cranis, bolts, DKA, OD, ETOH withdrawal, IABP, Impella, prismaflex, ventilators, arctic sun, ECMO"
- Radius Rule: 50 miles
