Travel Nurse (RN) ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - ICU Float to Tele/ Stepdown

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs/week

Length: 13 Weeks

No call required; but if census decreases , may have to put staff on-call.

Requirements:

• CA license
• 2 Years Experience
• Nurses must read and interpret strips
• AHA - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Other Details:

• Charting System: Epic
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CP, some pediatrics ( travelers could be asked to take patients if within their skillset ), vents, sepsis, resp distress, carotids, craniotomies, thoracotomies, fem pop, CVA, TPA, EVD./ Ventrics/ Bolts (If previously trained), COVID, Post cath lab recovery
• Nicotine free facility, included in drug screen
• 1st to float - may float to tele and take a full patient assignment (1:4 ratio)
