Shift : Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, every third weekend
Length : 13 Weeks
Requirements : KY License
2 years experience
ACLS
NIHSS
Other Details : EMR - Cerner
May require floating to another mixed acuity floor
Number of Beds : 32
Patient Ratios : 1-5 / 1-6
Equipment : standard
Type of Patients on Unit : Mixed Acuity of Med surg and PCU, Oncology
Scrub Color : Galaxy Blue Top, Galaxy Blue or Black pants
Any unacceptable attire : No Sweatshirts, Crocs or shoes with holes, Jackets should be scrub color or black without writing, No T shirts
