Requirements:
- FL License
- Minimum 2 years experience
- 2 years trauma experience or 1 year at a large institution
- Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures
- Level 1 experience
- Does not need to have travel experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- Meditech required
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Number of Beds: 18 OR suites plus 2 Minor Rooms
- Patient Ratios – 1:1
- Type of Equipment: varies per service line specialties
