Travel RN - Adult Rehab / Pediatrics / Med Surg 8F
Shift : Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, every 3rd weekend
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements : KY RN License
2 years experience
Must have Trach Care and G-Tube, Ventilator
NIHSS
Adult Med / Surg experience preferred
Other details : EMR : Cerner and ITW
Float required
Number of Beds : 26
Type of Patients on Unit : Adult Mix Acuity
Patient Ratios : Day Shift - 1 : 6 –Night Shift 1 : 8
Equipment : Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
Scrub Color : Galaxy Blue
Any unacceptable attire : hoodies, t-shirt, sweatshirts, and any outside of the uniform
