Total # of Unit Beds/Suites/Deliveries: R5: 24 R6: 24 R7: 25; float ED Hold
Minimum # Years Clinical Experience Required: 1 year
Minimum # Years Clinical Experience in Specialty Required: 1 year
Certifications Required: BLS & NIHSS Certifications Preferred: CMSRN
Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: R5: 1:4 R6: 1:4 R7 1:5 (adjustments can be made)
Scrubs/color: Navy Blue & White, Solid colors in any combination
Documentation System: EPIC
Floating required: R5, R6, R7, potential for other tele units.
No self scheduling or blocks
No charge required
Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other
Patient Population (Diagnoses): R5: Med Surg Oncology, R6: Med Surg Ortho R7: Med Surg Urology ALC)
Unit Specific Procedures and Protocols: IV’s, Bladder scans, Blood draws off central lines, glucose monitoring
Additional Unit Specific Information: M/S Tele could include working in ECC/ER for ED HOLD patients
Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50 miles from permanent address).
