Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Jacksonville, Illinois.
Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:
- IL License
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG
- IV insulin protocols experience required
- Chronic/Acute Renal failure experience required
- Required IV therapy Skills/Experience: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
- Required Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips,Titrate Vasoactive drips
- Required Respiratory/Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management
- Cerner experience preferred
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
Other Details:
- Will float as needed
- First-timers accepted
- Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
- Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:2 ratio for all shifts. 4 bed ICU.
