What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Nurse position at Epic Travel Staffing?
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical.
Shift: Nights / 7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, Every Other Weekend, call minimum 1 shift per month.
Duration: 13 weeks.
Holiday coverage may be required based on unit needs.
Requirements:
- Kansas State nursing license.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospital medical/surgical units.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Experience with GTTs (Gastrointestinal Tube Therapies), including Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, and Cardizem, preferred.
Additional Details:
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius.
- Floating to the ER (Emergency Room) is possible if desired by the candidate.
