Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care services, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy living practices
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience working in oncology infusions
• Current Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification through the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
• Strong knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system
