Shift : Variable Days / 7a-4p / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, M-F, weekends required
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements : AZ License
1 year experience or function very well independently
BS in OT or higher
Other Details : EMR / documentation system : ReDoc for OP and MedHost for inpatient
Caseload / patient scheduling info : 6- 8 patients a day
