Shift : Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length : 12 weeks
No weekends, No Holidays, No on call
Requirements : WI OT License
Minimum 1 years OT experience
Have inpatient and outpatient experience
Bachelors degree in occupational therapy
AHA BLS

Will float between inpatient and outpatient settings
