Shift : Days, 8a-5p ,8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements : ND License
Minimum 1 Year of OT experience
Inpatient, outpatient with peds experience needed
IP, OP and LTC experience
AHA BLS
Other Details :
Willing to float between the IP, OP and LTC facilities
