Requirements
- TX is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year Experience
- Experience in Acute Care and in ARU.
- Experience with Meditech use.
- BLS
- EMR – Meditech
- Floating areas: Adult Acute Care and/or Rehab Unit
- Units – 378 bed hospital with service lines that include orthopedic/elective joints, neurology, vascular and general medical/surgical.
- Number of Staff – 27 Physical Therapists, 19 Occupational Therapists, 5 Speech Therapists
- Patient ratios – target of 8 patients per day in Acute Care and 4 patients in ARU/Rehab Unit
- Type of equipment – DMEs, exercise equipment
