Shift : Days, 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri, No on-call required

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements : AK License

Bachelor's Degree Required : Physical Therapy or Master's Degree Required : Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree Required : Physical Therapy. accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted) Experience

General knowledge of field and ability to utilize library resource appropriately required

Job Description

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Start Date : ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)

Shift : 5x8 days - Mon - Fri - 0800-1630 (start time can flex)

Years of Experience REQ : 1 Yr

Certs REQ : Alaska PT License and BLS required.

First-Timers Accepted : Yes

Weekend REQ : No

Is on-call REQ? No

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float hospice if needed

Floating Req to Sister Facilities : No

Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, M-F

Locals Accepted : No

Pending State License Accepted : Alaska PT License required.

RTO Restrictions : No

Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week

Top 10 Procedures / Scans : COPD, CHF, Ortho procedures including joint replacements, neuro diseases
