Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Travel RN - MedSurg/Tele 48's, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication skills with colleagues and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
- Tennessee License
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in Med Surg
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Preferred: 2 years experience in Med Surg
