✨ Your Role: Where Sales Meets Sophistication

As an Event Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing our extraordinary venues with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expert industry knowledge. Your goal? Turn inquiries into bookings through thoughtful communication, personalized service, and transparent guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Sales & Client Relationships:
  • Proactively respond to event inquiries via email, phone, and website platforms, turning leads into sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct personalized, engaging venue tours, highlighting the unique features of each space while tailoring the experience to each client’s vision.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up, attentive listening, and transparent communication.
  • Create customized event proposals and pricing packages that reflect both the client’s needs and the venue’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts with clarity, ensuring all terms are communicated effectively before closing the sale.
  • Act as the venue expert, educating clients on available layouts, preferred vendors, and overall event flow.


💼 Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, keeping the booking calendar full and vibrant.
  • Manage all sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotions based on industry trends and venue availability.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our venues remain top-of-mind for event planners and clients alike.


🤝 Seamless Handoff:

  • Once a contract is signed, smoothly transition the client’s details to the event operations team, ensuring continuity and clarity.
  • Provide ongoing support during the planning phase when necessary, but your primary focus remains on sales, not event execution.

What YOU Bring to the Table:

  • 1 years of venue sales experience (required)
  • 1 years of event sales or hospitality management (required)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you're as comfortable leading a tour as you are crafting an email proposal.
  • Proven ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and basic office software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about creating memorable experience
