What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service and Office Operations Support position at EPIC?
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm. Seeking detail-oriented and friendly customer service professional to grow with us! We're a small but busy HVAC office and warehouse with a laser focus on customer excellence. If your phone etiquette is solid and you take responsibility to get any task done, then we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls.
- Input data into CRM, Google Suite, and other platforms accurately.
- Maintain organized warehouse and office areas.
- Lift boxes over 20 lbs.
- Pack, box, or palettize items for shipment.
- Work in both warehouse and office settings.
- Drop packages at local UPS or other shippers as needed.
- Assist customers and colleagues with data requests.
- Stay late or arrive early until the job is done, on occasion.
Skills
- Proficient in Windows based apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize and follow through to complete tasks.
NOTE: This is an in-office position. We do not offer remote work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
