You will be responsible for:

• Assessing the Agile Organisational health
  • Identifying Agile Adoption Challenges
    
  • Reviewing & Enabling High Performance Governance models
  • Defining Coaching Standards to ensure Business Impact
  • Coaching allocation models to Dynamic System of Work 
  • Enabling Mechanisms to Seek Expertise
• Ensure a system thinking, and human culture approach is embedded into the delivery of all clients.
