JOB OVERVIEW :
The Broker will be responsible for providing high-quality, white-glove service for our clients' environmental policy needs, and partner with the lead broker and client executive to ensure the book of business is properly and promptly serviced. This role will market and place policies, both new business and renewals. This is not a sales / producer role, but this is a client-facing role.
LOCATION : Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs : 5909 Peachtree Dunwoody Road) - Hybrid required, at least 3 days a week in-office
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Candidates with current commercial insurance industry experience is strongly preferred (but not required).
- Candidates with strong, professional communication skills – both written and verbal. Ideal candidates can successfully pivot between providing detailed and accurate written communication, as well as picking up the phone and having a detailed verbal conversation with clients or internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
- Excellent team players looking for the next step in their career, eager for a new challenge with room to grow!

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
