As an ISV Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in managing high-value ISV partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position requires a strong mix of financial management, partner relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams, including finance, sales, operations, marketing and legal, to optimize partnership performance and align partner activities with Epicor's overall business objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier ISV partners, fostering trust and maintaining strong, cooperative relationships.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets related to ISV partnerships.
  • Track and analyze revenues and associated costs from partnerships, ensuring profitability.
  • Evaluate the profitability of partner relationships by analyzing gross, operating, and net margins.

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as revenue targets, margins, and retention metrics. Provide regular reporting and analysis on partner performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales targets, and ensure continuous growth in revenue generated from ISV partnerships.
  • Work closely with partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term value creation for both Epicor and the partner.

What you will likely bring:

  • 3 years of experience in partner management, financial analysis, or related fields and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial and operational data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with strategic partners.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • High school diploma required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Range:

Minimum: $60,000.00 USD Maximum: $140,000.00 USD
