What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mgr, Demand Generation position at Epicor?
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage short—and long-term multi-channel campaigns and tactics to drive qualified leads and build the sales pipeline.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve the highest quality and quantity of leads while securing buy-in and support from senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and the broader marketing team to align efforts and maximize lead quality.
Utilize data and analytics to assess and enhance the performance of demand-generation initiatives. Report on campaigns’ ROI and marketing/sales funnel metrics.
Partner with the product marketing team to develop content targeting customers throughout their lifecycle.
In collaboration with product and sales teams, identify new target audiences and create tailored campaigns.
Maintain consistent communication with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), sales, and leadership to raise awareness of marketing programs, share activity updates, and gather feedback.
Identify and engage with key industry associations, buying groups, or co-ops to establish Epicor Automotive Aftermarket as a leader in the industry through thought leadership and demand generation initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors providing services or materials to support lead generation programs.
Implement A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels to determine effective approaches before making significant investments.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
Experience in leading marketing initiatives
Experience in both digital and in-person marketing
Proven ability to lead a team toward defined short- term and long-term goals
