Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze internal and customer requirements, translating them into specifications and designing solutions to ensure they meet customer needs. You will work directly with customers and have more domain knowledge, collaborating with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather product requirements, writing business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Document business and technical requirements, working with multiple teams to prioritize and validate features, completing validation of the product at the end of the development cycle.
• Discover complex problems and requirements, designing solutions, answering questions from the development team about features and requirements, and collaborating with the product management team as required.
• Present demonstrations of finished work to customers, performing demonstrations of sprint reviews, and acting as a mentor for other team members.
• Work on projects of greater complexity and uncertainty, building out project plans, priorities, and timelines for product leadership.
• Review and negotiate priorities with product management, identifying new scope as a result of demonstrations, and prioritizing and completing impact analysis of scope changes.
• Work with 1-3 scrum teams.
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5 years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 2 years of retail industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Range

Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USD
