What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Contracts Manager position at Epicor?
What you will be doing:
- Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a broad range of transactions while considering the company's business needs.
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
- Provide advice and guidance to various internal teams relating to contract generation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements.
- Extract relevant data and information from signed contracts for business use.
- Provide legal project management as needed informal training, mentorship, and support to other contracts professionals as applicable.
- Counsel in advising client organizations in various contract work.
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Excellent understanding of legal terminology
- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ability to work with a team and independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize several projects, completing the same in a timely fashion
- Possess excellent judgment in decision making

- 5 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 2 years of specialized/industry experience
