As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and leveraging company-wide resources to address any customer satisfaction, growth, risk or opportunity in a portfolio of customers. You will help customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive from Epicor products.
What you will be doing :
- Manage and support a portfolio of automotive customers day-to-day with data warehouse reporting and analytics, including Program Groups, Warehouse Distributors, and Manufacturers.
- Lead routinely scheduled meetings and ad-hoc sessions with customers, driving and communicating all customer inquiries independently while bringing in strategic team players as needed.
- Scope customer requirements and communicate clearly to key stakeholders, understanding team roles and responsibilities to align with supporting the customers.
- Understand the various reporting and analytics customers are utilizing, such as stocking recommendations, product type competitor analysis, and brand performance.
- Prioritize urgent issues and inquiries, bringing in the appropriate team players in a timely manner.

Minimum : $60,000.00 USD Maximum : $140,000.00 USD
