What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and direct the overall initiatives of the Product Management team to ensure clarity around adoption priorities regarding product conception and definition through end of life.
- Build and maintain a strong product management team, creating and executing multi-year roadmaps to achieve the goals of the product strategy.
- Proactively identify, define, and deliver high-value product enhancement opportunities that align with our key business strategies and objectives.
- Lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement, conversion, and adoption.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with teams and stakeholders to deliver experiences that support holistic business needs and points of view.
- 10 years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in product management.
- 5 years of managing and developing employees is required.
- 4 years of software industry experience.
- B2B SaaS software product management experience required, with an understanding of UX principles and the ability to lead cross-functional teams including UI/UX.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend the details of a technical product marketplace, define a strategy for successful product adoption and execution.
- Strong communication and analytical skills and a thorough understanding of product management.
- Prior experience with data platforms or business intelligence (BI) is a plus, as well as launching and maintaining enterprise-level solutions and 0-1 AI-enabled solutions.
