As a Server, you will be at the heart of our fine dining operations, delivering memorable service that delights our guests. What you have

• 1-2 Years experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Ability to use technology, e.g., tablets, iPads, computers, and POS systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service etiquette.

• Ability to handle station and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or culinary training is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.

• Serve food and beverages in an elegant and efficient manner, adhering to fine dining standards.

• Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience, ensuring satisfaction.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and poise, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine list, and seasonal offerings.

• Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

• Provide accurate information about ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

• Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

• Assist with table setups and resets and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

• Support colleagues during busy shifts, including helping with food running and clearing tables.

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

• Adhere to the restaurant’s policies, procedures, and appearance standards.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking identification and monitoring guest consumption.
