Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers.
- Represent the brewery as a brand ambassador to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with our distributor to increase product visibility and sales.
- Host tastings and promotional events to educate accounts and customers about our products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence.
- Track sales trends and provide feedback to the brewery team on market conditions.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for craft beer and a solid understanding of the brewing process.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Flexibility to travel locally and work evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with VIP distribution software
