Job Description:
The QHSE Manager is responsible for the preparation, implementation, and reporting of the quality control program. The Quality Manager fully executes the quality control process for the entire organization. This includes but is not limited to the work instructions, benchmarks, development, and implementation of the inspection plans, training / management of the Quality Control methods, and the adherence of the Quality program to our ISO Certifications. The Quality Manager must have a strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs.
Typical Duties, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and be able to perform internal audits for compliance, and continuous improvements.
- Define Quality Strategy for EPiK, ensuring that quality is embedded from the start.
- Provide direction, mentoring and coaching to Quality Team Members.
- Perform, Maintain and Audit Risk Assessment Templates for EPiK.
- Develop, Implement, Enforce and Audit all Quality policies and procedures.
- Develop and Implement a Vendor Audit Process.
- Identify Non-Conformance Trends and implement needed corrective actions.
- Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
- Develop and Maintain Quality KPI’s and be able to speak to this during the Quarterly Strategic Management Meetings.
- Maintain all Quality Files on SharePoint, and audit regularly for errors.
- Attend Kickoff Meetings with clients and determine Quality needs per scope of work.
- Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluations of all EPiK Leads/Managers for Quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
