Arabella Advisors seeks an entrepreneurial, socially engaged focused professional to help manage our client technology systems and processes in support of our clients’ innovative social sector projects. If you want the opportunity to work with a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team reshaping the charitable sector, then this job is for you. The Associate Director of Client Technology will support and innovate our technological systems and processes for Arabella’s Managed Nonprofit Organizations team. This role is on the small but mighty client technology team and manages relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. The scope of work will support our staff who manage a diverse portfolio of projects focused on effecting national and global change.

Responsibilities :
Relationship Management and Client Service (45%)
- Manage technology needs of our managed nonprofit organizations; assess and recommend strategic priorities and client service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology stakeholders across the organization; ensure understanding of impact across all platforms and teams of system improvements.
- Collaboratively problem-solve user needs and respond in a timely manner to inquiries with solutions and resources.
- Identify trends in system user requests and create targeted resources.
- Develop and deliver trainings and supporting resources.
Systems Innovation, Development, & Maintenance (45%)
Technology Standards and Policies (10%)

About Arabella’s Managed Organizations Team
Arabella Advisors provides operations and management support to multiple nonprofit organizations, including the New Venture Fund, the Windward Fund, and the Hopewell Fund—all 501(c)(3) public charities—and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4). These managed organizations house new and innovative public interest projects and nonprofits, as well as coordinate collaborative initiatives between donors and administer grants programs. This type of structure is commonly referred to as fiscal sponsorship, and candidates are highly encouraged to research fiscal sponsorship prior to a first interview. The managed organizations provide support to a diverse range of projects, including many focused on conservation, global health and civic engagement.
