ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of Learning reports to the Managing Director and Chief of Staff (MD / CoS). In your role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive impact and learning strategy for WSF. You will work with the MD / CoS to ensure that WSF’s campaign and grantmaking strategies are developed and implemented using evidence and learning frameworks to maximize its impact. You will produce evidence that can be used in a timely manner by the WSF team to support and refine our campaign strategy.
