CFLeads is the leading national network of community foundations committed to community leadership. CFLeads helps individual community foundations access tools to rally the resources and build the relationships needed to drive progress, and empowers the entire field to create the best possible outcomes for community residents. CFLeads is launching a two-year pilot Economic Mobility Action Network (working title) in early 2020.CFLeads seeks a Project Director to lead the Economic Mobility Action Network. This work will include implementing CFLeads’ proven peer learning method to help community foundation participants develop a data- and community-driven agenda to increase low-income communities’ access to economic opportunity. The Project Director will identify relevant research, leading experts, useful tools, and other resources to facilitate learning, effective practice, and heightened community impact. The Project Director will manage a significant budget, lead the resource team to implement the network, and work collaboratively with other programs and external partners.To be considered, interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications promptly.
