Principal
Epiphany Catholic School in Culpeper, VA is
seeking a dedicated and capable principal with
strong leadership and teambuilding skills, a
commitment to Catholic education, and the
desire to help our school grow. Epiphany is
an inter-parish PK-8 school serving four rural
counties. Our principal is expected to oversee
rigorous, well-rounded academics, supervise
and mentor qualified and caring faculty, uphold
disciplinary standards in a manner consistent
with Christian principles, identify and pursue
funding opportunities, and actively work to grow
enrollment. A qualified candidate is a faith-filled,
practicing Catholic with a minimum of five years
teaching experience and a Master’s degree.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative
leader, an effective communicator, and someone
who nurtures students and teachers to their full
potential.
