As a Medical Assistant II, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and ensuring our clinic runs smoothly. You will maintain efficient patient flow while supporting patient safety and satisfaction. This includes collecting and documenting patient information, responding to care questions or complaints, delivering patient care per provider orders, and practicing strict adherence to all OSHA standards.
You will also operate clinical equipment according to equipment guidelines, perform delegated tasks such as ordering prescriptions, EHR alerts, and messages, and participate in staff meetings to provide constructive input for improvements and solutions.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to adjust personal availability according to volume changes, and adherence to a compliance program and HIPAA standards and policies.
