Job Overview
Epiphany Parish, Mason City, IA, a parish of 1600 families, is seeking a full-time Liturgy and Music Coordinator. The candidate for this position must be a practicing Catholic in good standing. A degree in music, liturgy or a related field is preferred but not required. The candidate must be able to play either the piano or organ.
The Liturgy and Music Coordinator will direct, organize, facilitate and participate in the music and funeral planning ministries of the parish. The Coordinator will be the Director of Liturgy which includes liturgical planning and the recruitment, training and coordination of liturgical ministers. This position' involves collaboration with the Pastor and the pastoral staff to participate in decision making regarding the total parish and activities.
