Responsibilities

- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or other software tools.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers to close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets and maximizing outreach efforts.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, market trends, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or telemarketing environment.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
