Your Impact:
Direct Support: Offer hands-on assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and behavior observation, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
Client Advocate: Prioritize safety and security, intervening effectively in crisis situations and ensuring timely access to appointments and activities.

Team Player: Collaborate with the Mental Health Program Coordinator and other team members to implement treatment plans, address client needs, and maintain smooth program operations.

What you will need for this position:
High school diploma required.
One year of experience in the Behavioral Health field; preferred.
CPR and Standard First Aid certifications; preferred.
Valid Driver's License; required.
Strong communication, observation, writing, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in time management, strategic planning, and computer systems.
Detail-oriented and quick learner with a commitment to professional development.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness to provide client-centered care.
Upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
