Law Firm Site Supervisor
Join our prestigious law firm client in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Site Supervisor supporting the Office Administrator (OA).
We are seeking a proactive individual with a commitment to exceptional client service, professionalism, and adeptness in engaging with executives, attorneys, staff and clients at all levels. This position will encompass handling confidential information with maturity, judgement and discretion. This is an onsite position.
- Provide excellent client service to all end users at the site.
- Continuously look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of our operation.
- Seeks out opportunities to increase our capabilities and make recommendations to the Site Manager.
- Serves as a liaison between EPIQ, the client’s administration and EPIQ site employees.
- Involved in marketing EPIQ’s support service offerings throughout the firm.
- Conducts site specific training with EPIQ service team members.
- Supervise productivity and evaluate service personnel assigned to the site.
- Conducts performance reviews for direct reports.
- Delegates tasks to Service Specialists in order to meet client requests & deadlines.
- Supports direct reports to meet their individual needs and career path objectives.
- Maintain all records and report pertaining to production and volumes at the site.
- Maintain a proper inventory of all office supplies required for the efficiency of all support services.
- Collects information necessary to compile monthly management reports.
- Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Some college preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Possess strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient with Excel a plus
- Comfortable with calendar management and scheduling.
- Exemplary customer service and collaborations skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Demonstrates initiative, independent thinking and creative problem solving.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and see projects through to completion.
- Ability to work after hours when needed for events.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period.
- This is an on site position and candidates should expect to be in the office daily - Monday through Friday.
The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
