Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Desktop publisher to provide white glove service to our investment bank client. Ideal candidates can work in a Hybrid role an will be able to work 2nd shift hours including Sunday night.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Intakes jobs from clients and enters them into our proprietary workflow tracking tool
- Works within template formats to create pitchbooks and PIBs (Public Information Books)
- Creates custom templates
- Cleans up poor quality logos and recreates logos
- Prepares renderings, charts and graphs
- Proofreads for accuracy and to ensure client request was completed in its entirety
- Communicates with print department to outline client's needs
Qualifications & Requirements
The Compensation range for this role is 33.69 to 38.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
