Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate market, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while effectively marketing properties and negotiating deals.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels.
- Prepare and present offers to clients while negotiating terms and conditions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
Experience
- Experienced or New agents are welcome. We will train you!
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage in serving diverse clientele.
- Experience in real estate administration or related fields is beneficial.
- A valid real estate license is required, but we will help you get licensed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
