Mission:
- Act as a leader for Epiroc USA LLC taking a company first approach to managing and safeguarding the business for Epiroc employees, Customers, and Shareholders. In doing this, you will work collaboratively as a member of the human resources operations team to help deliver against the Epiroc USA LLC plan and the success of Epiroc AB.
- Support and ensure that the US CC complies with all HR laws and Epiroc policies as outlined in The Epiroc Way.
- Support the organization to help ensure that Epiroc is an employer of choice within our industry.
- Identify and assist with improvement opportunities with our systems and processes to work more efficiently in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Actively contribute to and execute the People & Leadership strategy and action plans in close collaboration with line managers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the NASA HR Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) shared service organization to deliver an exceptional employee and manager experience in areas of recruitment, learning and development, and payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employee relations, labor laws, and governmental regulations.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
- 5 years of experience in broad HR roles, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Experience in HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization.
- Familiarity with Success Factors or other cloud-based HR systems as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.
- Desired qualifications include prior experience and knowledge of labor law, proficiency in managing employee relations issues, and strong communication and coaching skills.
