About the Role
As the General Manager your mission is to lead and develop Fort Loudon’s Product Company, including manufacturing and support functions, and accelerate the transformation of our facility in line with Epiroc’s 2030 sustainability goals.
In this role, you will ensure high-quality, efficient, safe and sustainable manufacturing operations with a strong focus on customer value, productivity, and low waste. You will lead the continuous journey to enhance the Fort Loudon facility, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, automation, and LEAN principles to foster innovation and achieve excellence.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations for Epiroc Tools Division (RGD), you will be part of the RGD Operations Management Team, driving both operational and strategic improvements across the division.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership : Lead and oversee all aspects of Fort Loudon’s Product Company operations, including manufacturing and support functions.
- Strategic Transformation : Lead the gradual transformation of the facility into a more efficient and LEAN production unit, utilizing automation and digitalization.
- Safety Leadership : Prioritize high-quality and safe operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
- Sustainable Manufacturing : Ensure high-quality, sustainable operations aligned with Epiroc’s 2030 sustainability goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Foster collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, and other sites to achieve strategic objectives.
- Team Development & Culture : Build a high-performing, inclusive team with a focus on leadership development and accountability, positive and collaborative culture with focus on continuous learning and professional growth.
- Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Growth and Profitability : Contribute to divisional growth and profitability with a strong focus on customer value.
