The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Program Manager with experience supporting C-suite executives in high-growth technology, defense, or aerospace companies. This individual will act as a partner to the CEO, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating senior level meetings (White House, Congress, Pentagon, Investors, CEOs, Foreign Senior Officials), handling very sensitive information, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$88,100—$125,800 USD

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling logistics for executive engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders, board members, investors, government officials, and external partners.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, board meetings, and executive offsites, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Handle company proprietary and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, tracking key action items, and assisting in project management.
- Partner with key departments, including growth, finance, operations, people, engineering to drive executive priorities forward.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Chairman, or senior C-suite executive in a high-growth technology, defense, or aerospace company, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished correspondence and executive materials.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours based on executive needs.
- Strong network and familiarity with non-traditional defense, aerospace, and technology ecosystems.
- Experience managing board meetings, investor relations, strategic planning processes, and project/program management.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies, defense contractors, and high-tech executives.
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
