Job Summary : As a Material Program Manager at Epirus, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production flow and key developmental goals of our innovative HPM systems. Working closely with the Procurement, engineering, and manufacturing departments, you will help execute effective, creative, and smart supply chain strategies to achieve our ambitious production goals.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing and developing inventory level targets, aligning demand-supply signals and allocations.
- Create, manage, and execute the material program strategy and the material program plan.
- Developing and leading supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates
- Lead material requirements plan strategy for programs
- Work with Category Management and Procurement teams to develop, execute, and track negotiation strategies and performance to budget baseline for programs
- Track and drive completion on all material issues with engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance and programs
- Make recommendations on safety stock strategy and risk reduction of supply with the supply chain
- Proactively provide status and updates to Epirus management, supply chain and engineering teams on all critical supply issues.
- Manage and execute MRP planning messages promptly.
- Leverage ERP outputs and Excel databases to identify hardware shortages for upcoming builds and land lead the charge to mitigate these risks
- Maintain product master data, and product lifecycle, and develop expertise in in-house systems and reports.
- Ensure successful execution of Procurement suppliers and provide status to the Program Management team on status or variance
- Manage relevant purchase order master data to ensure timely delivery and provide production with dependable delivery signals
- Analyze supply chain data and report metrics
- Establish high-accuracy means of communication for both estimated hardware needs and completion dates
- Maintain accuracy and audit bill of materials in MRP systems in preparation for production
- Work with production teams to set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals that take into account personnel and equipment constraints but support overall rate targets
- Execute purchase orders to support COTS and harnessing for production. Negotiate prices, execute POs, and track items through delivery.
- Lead efforts for DD1149 and DD250 ensuring efforts are driven to completion on all supporting teams.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is :
92,100—$106,900 USD
