Job Summary : A scheduler performs various functions in ensuring that work being done within a company is performed in a particular order to attain efficiency and ensure that whatever product being rendered by a company meets or surpasses a specific standard and / or required level. This role will report to Business Manager.

Responsibilities :
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry standards IPMR DI-MGMT-81861.Organize a production schedule daily and ensure that every output (level) is recorded appropriately in the correct system.Be able to integrate CSV to feed the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Refine messaging strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders.Be able to implement early EVMS practices.Make sure schedules are given to employees in a timely fashion and that any distortions in the company's schedule are accounted for alwaysUnderstand and Interpret Contract changes as well as impacts to project / program schedulesConduct strategic modeling and "what-if" scenario planning to support decision-making and inform investment and program prioritiesHelp build a resource forecast to provide to leadership.Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and also timely, and be prepared to deliver presentations or brief status.Basic Qualifications :
5 years of experience as a program planner / schedulerBachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related disciplineA minimum of 1 years of experience working with MS ProjectMust have excellent communication skills to be able to pass the necessary information to both customers and employeesPossess an intermediate level of understanding of integrated schedules and industry standards as well as working knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) artifacts such as : Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS),Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Basis of Estimates (BOE), EVM, and JIRAMust be able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively, as well as having the ability to lead a team if required toMust be able to make use of different database programs, especially Microsoft ExcelAdditional Requirements for Level 4 :
8 years of experience as a program planner / schedulerBachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related disciplineA minimum of 3 years of experience working with MS ProjectMust possess at least a basic knowledge of project / program management activitiesPreferred Skills and Experience :

Level 3 : $94,500-$123,000Level 4 : $127,000-$158,400ITAR REQUIREMENTS :

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is :
94,500—$158,400 USD
