Senior Brand Designer

Job Summary: We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and elevate our brand identity, translating our vision into compelling creative that resonates with our audience. In this role, you'll develop impactful visual storytelling across digital, product, and experiential touchpoints—ensuring our brand is not only seen but felt. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to craft design solutions that bring our brand and products to life in innovative ways.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand systems, typography, motion, and interactive design. • Bring Epirus' brand and products to life through distinct, impactful, cutting-edge creative
• Develop creative across print, digital, OOH, web
• Contribute to design inspiration, critiques, and discussions
• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, product and business development teams to explore creative opportunities and maximize impact
• Navigate ambiguous and complex topics and arrive at creative solutions by driving an iterative and collaborative process
• This role reports to the Senior Creative Director and is responsible for executing on projects from concept to delivery

• 5 Years of professional experience in Brand System Design, Graphic Design, User Interface Design
• A portfolio that demonstrates refined work across multiple mediums from print to digital
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, and composition
• A strong visual communicator with the ability to articulate concepts to team
• A passion for crafting distinct, breakthrough creative
• Strong and concise communicator and ability to follow processes
• Must work on-site in Washington, DC with occasional travel to HQ in Torrance HQ

• Additional professional complimentary design experience: product, motion, visual communication or experiential design
• This is an onsite position based at our DC Office with occasional travel to our Headquarters in Torrance CA

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:

• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
