Batching Technician I
The Batching Technician I is focused on upholding CGMPs while adhering to Company and Department rules and regulations to manufacture finished products for retail sale. The Batching Technician I will be responsible for retrieving, labeling, and compounding materials while following production batch records and standard operating procedures. In addition, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and general operational upkeep are held to a high standard.

Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelors of Science degree with emphasis in Chemistry/Biology or equivalent work experience in a similar field.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure Epionce products are manufactured in strict adherence to the designated formulas and quality standards. Follow procedures as directed by the Batching Manager.
- Sense of sight corrected to normal range, manual and finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and full range of body motion.
- Physical requirements of climbing stairs, ladders, walking and standing nearly 100 percent of the time with occasional heavy lifting (60 pounds).
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and operational safety expected in the cleanroom environment.
- Heavy machinery, overhead mixers, hotplates, and general lab equipment are utilized daily.
- Must have a high level of organizational skills and be able to work under pressure within time constraints. Must be self-motivated and able to follow directives precisely.
