Description
At Episciences, the General Manager of Manufacturing is responsible for the management and coordination of the Filling/Cartoning Department Manager, the Raw Materials Warehouse Manager, the Distribution/Shipping Department Managers (local and remote locations) and the Maintenance/Facilities Department Manager. Additionally, the General Manager of Manufacturing is responsible for Production Scheduling, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring that the needs of each associated department are appropriately met.

Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications for this Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or business-related field is preferred
- 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other general computing software
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing SOPs and regulatory documents (such as OSHA regulations)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization, filing and document writing skills
