It is the responsibility of the Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. This entails planning, organizing, and reviewing departmental files, policies, and procedures. It is also the responsibility of the incumbent to supervise and oversee the work of the secretarial and clerical staff.

Job Description
It is the responsibility of the Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. This entails planning, organizing, and reviewing departmental files, policies, and procedures. It is also the responsibility of the incumbent to supervise and oversee the work of the secretarial and clerical staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist Department Head by performing minor administrative functions and handling all personal and confidential correspondence
- Oversees any clerical staff in the department
- Prepares departmental payroll, special check requests, and purchase requisitions
- Initiates follow-through on all purchase orders with purchasing agent to ensure timely and orderly delivery
- High School diploma or Equivalency required, some college preferred
- 3 - 5 years administrative experience required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
