Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Department of Psychiatry Residency Program and of medical students. Provides staff support to Department Leadership and coordinates activities relating to residents, staff, and medical students.

Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Department of Psychiatry Residency Program and of medical students. Provides staff support to Department Leadership and coordinates activities relating to residents, staff, and medical students.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents regarding scheduling and administrative requirements
- Oversees completion of surveys required by medical schools and outside organizations
- Process HR forms for new and continuing residents
- Responsible for payroll, ordering supplies, and other essential duties
- Responsible for various monthly reports
- Involved in the credentialing process of psychiatric house staff
- Coordinate the Program offsite rotations
- Liaison for all medical schools
- High School diploma or Equivalency required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience as a residency coordinator, Surgical specialty preferred
- Knowledge of ACGME requiremetns
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
