Episcopal Homes currently has a rare and exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team. The Gardens, the only Greenhouse Model nursing home in Minnesota, is a 60-bed long term care facility in St. Paul. Under the innovative Greenhouse Model of care residents live in 10 bed households where meals are made, engagement takes place, and residents direct their care. This 5-star building has above average staffing ratios, strong survey history, and excellent continuity of care. Located on the green line in St. Paul The Gardens has better than average staffing ratios with no agency staffing needed in the community history. The leadership team has great retention with a seasoned DON. This community has many supports in place including a second nursing home and the corporate office located on the same campus. The individual hired for this role will receive ample training to develop knowledge in the Greenhouse model of care.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for facilitating and managing the daily operations of The Gardens.
• Responsible for oversight of facility outcomes including regulatory compliance, profitability, and quality of resident care.
• Responsible for championing the Greenhouse model of care through staff education, policies and procedures, and resident feedback.
• Responsible for census growth and development.
• Ensures adequate direction, performance management and education for management staff.
• Responsible for the overall financial health of the community.
• Leads as a member of the campus senior leadership team ensuring continuity of care across the Episcopal Homes continuum.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full time - daytime hours. 24/7 responsibility for the operations of the community.
Starting from $70,000 to $80,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a similar focus.
• Currently Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Minnesota, or willing to get license within 3 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
